Account and profile data is generally stored until the Raidly account is deleted. Lobby chats and active lobby data are held temporarily in server memory and are not stored permanently in the account database. Friend messages are stored on the participating devices and are only relayed by the server for immediate delivery.
Suggestions, reports, and security or transaction records may be retained for as long as necessary to handle the matter, prevent abuse, defend legal claims or meet legal obligations. Push tokens are disabled or deleted when notifications are turned off or the account is deleted. Technical backups and logs are overwritten or deleted after the applicable retention periods.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your Raidly account directly in the app under Profile → Delete account. You may also request deletion using the email address above. Data required for legal obligations or abuse prevention may remain restricted for the necessary period.
